Lucille Savoie will donate money to pay for coffee and biscuits

The Bayou Blue Senior Citizens Center will hold a Pampered Chef raffle ticket sale. Half of the money will go to the center, and half will go to Pampered Chef. Also, a $100 certificate will be given to the winner for Pampered Chef products. Tickets cost $2.

The center also will have a Christmas ticket raffle. Several items have already been donated; however, there is a need for about 11 more prizes. The center’s president, Lois Lovell, wants to do a rededication program at the center’s November birthday party and is looking for any pictures and write-ups on the center’s history, from the first meeting at the St. Louis Catholic Church Hall and Recreation Hall to the group’s present building.
